Coombs spent the majority of her career at City after spells at Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool, the latter of whom she joined the Blues from in 2019.
Since then, she’s gone on to make 147 appearances and score 27 times, winning one FA Cup and one League Cup during her time in Manchester.
Only seven players have made more appearances in our professional era, while only Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw and Lauren Hemp have found the net more times among our current crop.
A hugely admired and respected member of the squad, Coombs has been a key figure in some of City’s best moments in our recent history.
She’s also often had a say in the Manchester derby, scoring at the Etihad Stadium in December 2022 in front of a record crowd of 44,259.
