One of City and England's greatest goal-scorers has called time on a magnificent career.

The 33-year-old joined City in 2019 and has scored 34 goals in 90 games during that time.

She brings the curtain down on a career spanning more than 17 years - one which culminated in UEFA Women’s European Championships success last month.

White bows out as England’s all-time women’s record goal-scorer, and with the summer success of the Lionesses, ends on the ultimate high.

She became only the second player to reach 50 goals in the FA WSL in November 2020 with a brace against Bristol City, and she earned the mantle of the being the league’s then all-time goal-scorer with her strike in a 2-1 win over Arsenal in February 2021.
