Sadly, at this moment in time, such moments cannot be treasured with fans inside the stadium - but our loyal supporters did all they could to cheer their beloved Blues on from home.
Hoping to inspire them to victory, the squad were shown a video in their team meeting before they set off to Wembley, as fans, friends and family members sent well wishes, showing their unwavering support.
