Coach John Peacock has named a 20-man group for the annual competition which acts as an ideal warm-up for the Euro Elite Qualifying Round which takes place in March.
The Young Lions will face games against hosts Portugal, Germany and the Netherlands.
England won last year’s tournament, beating France 2-1 in their final match after drawing with the Netherlands and beating Portugal in the opener.
