Tosin Adarabioyo’s England u16s booked their place in the Montaigu Tournament final after securing the draw they needed against Germany on Saturday.

Kenny Swain’s men drew 1-1 in their final group stage match to put them through to Monday’s final against Turkey.

Tosin started the game against Germany, as he did in the last game against Chile.

Earlier in the group, the Young Lions beat Chile 3-1 and drew 1-1 with the Netherlands in what has been an impressive showing from the side in France.

We’ll let you know how Tosin Adarabioyo’s England u16s get on in their final on Tuesday.

Elsewhere, Olivier Ntcham looks likely to be City’s only representative at this summer’s u17 European Championships after Jack Byrne’s Ireland suffered qualification heartache on Saturday.

Ireland needed to beat Serbia on Saturday to have any chance of qualifying for the Slovakia 2013 but Byrne’s spot kick was cancelled out by Nemanja Radonjić in a 1-1 draw.

A draw for Georgia in the day’s other game could have changed everything but Austria held on to win 2-1 and joined Serbia in booking a place at the summer tournament.

Kean Bryan and Angus Gunn’s missed out on the finals by virtue of England u17s’ head to head record, while Mathias Bossaert’s Belgium and Jose Angel Pozo’s Spain were also eliminated from the tournament at the Elite qualifying stage.
