City Under-18s take on Hereford United in the FA Youth Cup fourth round at Ewen Fields on Tuesday evening.

Jason Wilcox’s free-scoring side recorded their tenth successive victory in all competitions with a 4-0 win at Stoke on Saturday and are rivalling the senior team for goals scored this season.

With 36 goals during that 10-game run, the young Blues will look to progress to the last 16 against the Bulls with the winners playing either Spurs or Fulham at home.

Hereford have battled hard to get to the last 32, having already won four games to get to this stage.

They have been drawn away in each round so far, starting with a 3-1 win at Stourbridge before seeing off Atherstone 5-2.

Hereford then beat Chesterfield 1-0 before edging past Bournemouth on penalties after a 1-1 draw during normal and added time.

City began their campaign at the third round proper stage with a 4-0 win over Doncaster at Hyde and will hope the prolific partnership of Thierry Ambrose and Jorge Intima can add to their 20-goal haul this season.

The Blues have won the FA Youth Cup twice before in 2008 and 1986 and if you want to cheer the lads on a step closer to another triumph, the game kicks-off at 7pm on Tuesday 14 January, admission prices are adults £3 and concessions £1.
