City's under-18s will be looking for their tenth win on the bounce tomorrow when they travel to Stoke City.

The Blues, who currently sit top of the Barclays Premier Academy League, return to league action for the first time since mid-December, having had a three-week break since their FA Youth Cup win against Doncaster.

On that occasion, goals from Thierry Ambrose, Brandon Barker, Jorge Intima and Kean Bryan saw Jason Wilcox’s men thump the Yorkshire outfit 4-0 and they will be looking to continue their fine form.

Stoke have played more recently but are on a poor run at the moment. In their last fixture, the Potters suffered a 2-0 home defeat to Sunderland and have won just twice in the league all season.

When the sides met in the reverse fixture back in August, an own-goal and a Denziel Boadu strike were enough to secure a 2-1 win for City, who are now unbeaten since September.

The Blues will certainly be hoping to inflict another defeat on the Staffordshire outfit tomorrow, whilst keeping their place at the summit of the table.

Kick-off is at 11am at Clayton Wood Training Ground, Stoke, ST4 6NL.
