City youngster Patrick Roberts featured as England u19s came from two goals down to salvage a 2-2 draw against Holland at the Juliano Sportpark.

The winger was in from start, while City teammate Tosin Adarabioyo was an unused substitute following his first call up to Aidy Boothroyd’s squad.

The Young Lions started brightly before going behind after 35 minutes and the hosts doubled their lead shortly after the break. England pulled one back through Ryan Ledson before substitute Tammy Abraham grabbed an equaliser two minutes from time to complete the comeback.

The City duo will return to England with the squad to prepare for their next match against Japan on Sunday 15 November, which takes place at the Academy Stadium.

Tickets for the game with Japan cost just £3 for adults and £1 for concessions and are available at mcfc.co.uk/tickets.
