Manchester City will face Middlesbrough in their Premier League North fixture before lifting the title. Here's everything you need to know...

Goals from Ian Carlo Poveda, Sadou Diallo, Luke Bolton and Joe Hardy at Stoke City last Saturday gave City an unassailable lead at the top of the regional table with two matches remaining.

Lee Carsley‘s side have been in irresistible form all season and will get to celebrate on Saturday before taking on the FA Youth Cup and national stage challenges.

When and where?

City will welcome Middlesbrough to the Academy Stadium for the 12:30pm kick-off on Saturday 18 February. They will then lift the trophy following the final whistle.
