16-year-old Gonzalez, who spoke recently of his joy at joining a club like City, made the most of his chance by making the difference in this clash at West Brom’s training ground.
The Swiss striker opened the scoring in the 11th minute with a sweet finish after Manchester City had dominated the opening exchanges.
