We are delighted to announce that our first stop after our pre-season tour is Atlanta, where we’ll be arriving on 8 August to takeover the city with a host of activities.
You can join us to watch our first Premier League game of the season at the Brewhouse Café at 7.30am on Saturday 10 August, before our Football Festival at StationSoccer – West End, which takes place on the same day between 1pm-9pm.
With fun activities for all the family, fans will be able to have their photo taken with our six trophies, create their own player walkout video and take part in various soccer challenges throughout the day.
There will also be a special appearance from former City winger Shaun Wright-Phillips, and plenty more fun for everyone to enjoy.
Located at the end of the South parking lot of the West End MARTA station (680 Lee St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30306), StationSoccer – West End is part of Soccer in the Streets; a sport-based program combining high-quality football skills and competition with youth leadership training, work readiness programs and financial literacy classes to ensure all of Atlanta’s youth can find a pathway to success.
StationSoccer overcomes hurdles including affordability and mobility, whilst cultivating healthy communities that are connected through the transit network.
On this year’s tour, we are also giving Cityzens the chance to nominate a second city for the trophies to visit.
