The Premier League Trophy made an appearance at the official opening of the Manchester City Summer Camp at the American University of Beirut on 9 July.
The Summer Camp provides scholarships for underprivileged members the Beirut community and students from Palestinian camps in Lebanon.
The event was attended by his Excellency Mr. Tom Fletcher the British Ambassador to Lebanon, Dr. Talal Nezameddin the Dean of Student Affairs, and Mr. Ghaleb Halimi the Director of University Sports.
Earlier this year, representatives from Manchester City helped launch The GREAT campaign in ABC shopping malls in Ashrafieh and Dbayeh, Lebanon.
Local children took part in a dribbling challenge with the quickest winning City shirts. Many other gifts and prizes were on offer on the day with Etihad offering the opportunity to win a return flight to Manchester
