City fans can now get their hands on a special memento to mark the formation of the Club we all love.

Our 125th anniversary shirt, which was worn as Pep Guardiola’s side clinched the 2019 Community Shield, is now available to buy as part of PUMA’s commemorative capsule collection celebrating 125-years of Manchester City.

Designed in collaboration with fans, the anniversary jersey is the central piece of the new collection.

It is strongly influenced by our early 1970s kit and free of sponsorship, thanks to the support of principal partner Etihad Airways and sleeve partner, Nexen Tire.

The jersey, which proved popular upon its release earlier this month, is available as a replica, but there is also an authentic matchwear version, which is limited to 1894 individually numbered shirts that are presented in special packaging.

PUMA’s collection also includes a training shoe, a tee-shirt and track jacket, as well as a cap, ball and scarf.

Each item was inspired by the Club’s founding document, which was signed by Joshua Parlby in April 1894 and all are embellished with 125th commemorative text to reflect the original Certificate of Incorporation.

The range has been released in time for the 125th anniversary of City’s first game, which took place against Bury on 1 September 1894 and as part of the launch, PUMA photographed a host of people connected with the Club, which you can see in the gallery below.

All products from our 125th anniversary collection are on sale now at mancity.com/shop.
