City's Academy Stadium will play host to England's Under-20s when they tackle Germany Under-20s in a friendly on Wednesday, 22 March (7.30pm kick-off).

Ian Foster’s age group are preparing for this year’s FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Indonesia having qualified as Under-19 European champions.

Germany will be the first opponents of a three-match March camp for the Young Lions before they look to shine on the world stage.

Tickets are priced at £5 for adults, £2.50 for concessions (over-65, under-21) with wheelchair/ambulant disabled tickets available at the same price plus one free PA ticket.

After the Germany fixture, the Under-20s will head to the Marbella Football Centre in Spain to take on fellow finalists USA and France.

The draw for the Under-20 World Cup is due to be staged in Bali on 31 March with eight qualifiers from Asia and Africa still to be determined in the forthcoming international window.

England were crowned Under-20 world champions in 2017 and this will be their first appearance in the finals since then having missed out on qualifying in 2019 when Ukraine lifted the trophy.
