The programme blended dynamic on-pitch soccer sessions with classroom workshops designed to build leadership, strengthen community connections and develop practical project-management skills.
The training wrapped up with a special cultural exploration day celebrating Atlanta’s rich musical heritage. With iconic artists like Outkast and TLC originating from the city, participants toured the legendary Stankonia Studios, gaining insights into self-expression, identity, and performance.
On the final day our Young Leaders took part in a community festival where these lessons were then channelled back into their own coaching, helping them bring even more creativity, individuality and confidence to the pitch.
