City - and our sister club Bahia – will be hosting special celebrations at the Etihad around the Fulham game.
It will be a fantastic way for you, our supporters, to build up to the game itself so make sure you arrive early to take in the festivities.

What is it?
Bringing together football and music, the ‘O dia da Bahia’ festivities will celebrate Bahia’s unique identity.
It also offers us the chance to welcome the newest club into the City Football Group family.
Bahia became the 13th club to join CFG in May 2023 and we want to mark that occasion with a wonderful celebration pre-match.
Who is performing?
Carlinhos Brown (pictured above) – one of the most prominent Brazilian musical artists of today and a Bahia football fan – will be the star guest for the game on Saturday.
His electric trio truck will entertain fans and bring the Bahia traditions to Manchester.
Pagode baiano musicians will join Carlinhos for his performances – and he will make a special appearance on the pitch just before kick-off, too, for an interview with Matchday Live and a performance not to be missed.
A Dama (pictured above) and O Maestro will also be performing throughout the day at a variety of locations around the ground.
O Maestro released their first CD in October 2020 and when summer arrived the song “Se gave sol, é mar!” went viral all over Brazil.
Another hit “Jogo Bola e Danço” also exploded on to social networks.
The newest release is the album “Repertório novo”, which has already proven incredibly popular.
Allana Sarah is better known by her stage name A Dama.
The 25-year-old singer and dancer lives in the neighborhood of São Marcos, on the outskirts of Salvador.
She has been performing since she was a teenager and will showcase her talents on Saturday at the Etihad.
Other Bahian traditions will be on display at the stadium including a capoeira presentation while we will also be entertained by ‘Corridor of Timbaleiros’, Traditional Brazilian drummers.

What else is happening on the day?
City hero Elano will be with us to mark our ‘Bahia in Manchester’ celebrations.
Brazilian playmaker Elano made a huge impact in his two years here between 2007 and 2009.
He arrived as one of the first signings of the Sven-Goran Eriksson reign and went on to be adored by the sky blue faithful.
The attacking midfielder made his debut on the opening day of the 2007/08 season at West Ham United, providing the cross for Rolando Bianchi’s opening goal in a 2-0 win.
His third game was the Manchester derby, a game that we won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Geovanni.
Elano helped City to a ninth place finish and ended the campaign as leading scorer.
He scored several memorable goals across his time with the Club – including one extraordinary free-kick against Newcastle - as well as providing countless assists.
He will be interviewed on the pitch pre-match between 14:40 and 14:45.
Any other fun activities?
Oscar nominee and Latin Grammy winner Carlinhos will also be gifting tokens of Bahian culture, including the famous Lord of Bonfim ribbons (pictured above), to supporters on the day.
These small coloured ribbons, a huge part of Bahia culture, feature the phrase ‘Lembrança do Senhor do Bonfim da Bahia’ or ‘Remembrance of the Lord of Bonfim of Bahia’.
The tradition is to tie the ribbon around the wrist, making three knots and with each knot making a wish.
The wishes are said to come true when the ribbon falls off on its own.
Bahia’s mascots, Superman and Wonder Woman will be accompanying our club mascots, Moonbeam and Moonchester all day too.
