CITC will be delivering sessions for those moving into the toddler stage of life throughout Baby Week, which runs from 11 July to 16 July and commemorates a child’s first two years of life.
Families can simply turn up and play at the events that will be taking place across Manchester, in Sure Start Children’s Centres and in other cultural and leisure venues.
Sessions are as follows:
Tuesday 12th July 10-11am, Miles Platting Children’s Centre
Tuesday 12th July 3:30-4:30pm, Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre
Wednesday 13th July 1-2pm, Woodville Children’s Centre
Thursday 14th July 11am-12pm, Gorton Sacred Heart
Thursday 14th July 11:15am-12pm, Manchester Youth Zone
Thursday 14th July 3:15-4:15pm, Moss Side Powerhouse
Saturday 16th July 10:30-11:30am, Heaton Park (TBC)
The City Play Together initiative aims to help get families and their children aged two to five taking part in physical activity together.
The sessions are currently held at three youth centres across Greater Manchester.
