As City in the Community (CITC) turns 35, the charity is finishing its birthday celebrations with a matchday takeover at our Premier League home game with Crystal Palace game on Saturday, October 30.

Got a ticket? You are invited to join in and celebrate!

Throughout the month of October, CITC has been commemorating their 35th anniversary with a series of special events and celebrations.

Part of the celebrations have included a match-day takeover at the Manchester City Women vs West Ham FA Women’s Super League game at the beginning of the month, as well as Nedum Onuoha being announced as a new Trustee.

CITC is now taking over this Saturday’s Crystal Palace matchday, bringing the celebrations to the Etihad Stadium.

You can expect to see various activities prior to kick-off at 3pm and during the game…

Keep your eyes peeled for CITC’s matchday programme takeover, from which 50p of all proceeds go towards the charity.

As well as this, CITC’s massive 35 prize draw is your chance to win a lorryload of superb prizes. Look out for the QR code around the stadium to enter or visit www.mancity.com/prizedraw.

Prizes include two return flights* with Etihad Airways, from Manchester or London Heathrow to Abu Dhabi with £1,000 spending money thrown in, concert tickets, a virtual meet and greet with Jack Grealish, signed player shirts and much more!

Every penny raised from the CITC 35th Anniversary Prize Draw will go towards supporting the charity’s new mental health programme, City Thrive, which provides help and support for thousands of people aged up to 25.

There is something for all ages with activities in our Kids Fan Zone and at City Square too…

Activities start at 11:30am in the Kids Fan Zone over at the City Football Academy and from 12:30pm at City Square.

There will be a walking football station in City Square, so come down and get involved in a fun game of walking football.

Look out for our happy birthday selfie frame in our fan areas, where you can share your photos on social media using #CITC35 for a chance to win a signed Kevin De Bruyne shirt.

Keep your eyes peeled for pitch-side interviews with Alex Williams, CITC Ambassador and Lisa McKay City in the Community’s Senior Operations Manager who will be talking all things CITC.

All CITC stations will be branded, so you can’t miss them!

Come and say hello to the CITC team and join in their final celebrations of their 35th birthday month.
