The charity’s Community Outreach provision is designed to provide local people, of all ages, with the opportunity to engage in safe and fun football-based activities across Manchester on a weekly basis.

Kicks
Kicks aims to encourage participants to socialise and take part in football activities.
It is a free programme for children and young adults aged between 8 and 18 years.
The sessions aim to encourage our participants to socialise and take part in football activities in order to positively impact their physical and mental health, all abilities are welcome.
Kicks runs in partnership with the Premier League’s Kicks initiative and it is currently running sessions throughout Greater Manchester at a host of venues.

City Girls
City Girls engages female participants with free football training, leadership and mentoring opportunities.
It is a free programme that is aimed at girls 8-18 years old, the programme provides access to girls who want to get involved in football across Manchester.
The session aims to build confidence and leave the participants feeling empowered after the sessions and are open for all abilities.

One City Disability
One City Disability provides opportunities for participants, from a wide range of backgrounds, to take part in free football and sporting provision.
Sessions - which range from dwarfism football to powerchair football, amputee football and more - are held in primary and high schools, as well as in community venues outside of school hours.
Our aim is to ensure that participants across Greater Manchester have access to disability specific provision and education.
