The Club’s charity, City in the Community (CITC), has released the first video in its new social media feature, CITC Games.

CITC Games showcases participants from across the charity’s 17 programmes taking part in fun mini games with players from both Manchester City men’s first team and the women’s team.

Throughout the year players will continue to go head-to-head with CITC participants to see if they can come out on top and become the winners of the 2023/2024 CITC Games.

Commenting on the new social media series, Head of Communications at City in the Community, Rachel Clarkson, said: “We’re passionate about telling stories that showcase the important impact City in the Community programmes create, but we also want to create engaging social media content that Manchester City fans will enjoy.

“Not only does CITC Games capture the fun side of our charity, but the series also creates once in a lifetime opportunities for our participants.

“We hope that our digital audiences will enjoy seeing them going head-to-head with Manchester City players – we have a feeling it could be a real level playing field!”
