Manchester City's charity, City in the Community (CITC) has a variety of sessions lined up across the summer.

Schools may be off for six weeks, with some Manchester City players wishing students a good summer through the charity’s social media accounts, but sessions continue across many of CITC’s programmes for all ages.

For those of a younger age, City Play Together sessions are still up and running, however not at the usual locations and times.

City Play Together sessions are for those aged two to five years old and aims to help get families and their children taking part in physical activity together.

Participants can simply turn up and play with friends and family!

A new summer timetable will be released soon.

Those who take park in Walking Football sessions and Imagine Your Goals at the City Football Academy and Manchester Tennis and Football Centre will be able to continue to attend as normal throughout July and August.

CITC’s dementia programme, ReminisCITY starts again on Tuesday, August 2.

The programme aims to engage and support people living within Manchester, who suffer from mild to moderate forms of dementia.

It creates a dementia safe environment for participants to enjoy social and physical activity, through the conduit of football and Manchester City, promoting active and engaged lifestyles in the face of the challenge’s dementia can bring.

For those that attend the Kicks project, all sessions will be running as normal across all settings.

Special girls-only Soccer Schools and a disability Soccer Schools will be happening throughout August.

On Wednesday August 3, 10, at the Manchester Football and Tennis Centre and on the 17 and 24 there will be a special disability soccer schools at the City Football Academy. Both location sessions run from 10am-2pm.

There will also be a girls-only Soccer School on Friday, August 5 at the City Football Academy and on Friday, August 19 at Trinity High School. Both sessions will run 10am-3pm.
