Hundreds of US City fans and members of Official Supporters Clubs headed to Philadelphia for the biggest-ever Premier League Live event.

The seventh event, hosted by NBC and the Premier League, attracted almost 15,000 fans from across the US including a huge number of Blues with members from our Philadelphia, Washington and San Antonio Official Supporters Clubs in attendance.

Held at Dilworth Park, the event screened nine matches across the weekend including City’s Premier League clash with Liverpool.

Despite a disappointing result, there was plenty for the fans to enjoy with a number of Club events held over the weekend.

On the Friday, Moonchester and Moonbeam joined fans in a photoshoot around Philadelphia before then visiting Alexander K. McClure Elementary School where the children took part in skill challenges.

Cityzens Giving and our young leaders has a presence in the city with a program that provides young people in a diverse neighbourhood in northeast Philadelphia with a safe space to play football, connect and learn.

Our young leaders Lisbeth, Coach V, Abdul, Amani, Jaafar, Jenn and Fabiola, who work with an incredible group of young people, all had the chance to attend the event on Sunday and take pictures with the Premier league trophy and Moonchester and Moonbeam.

Paul Greenhalgh, the Philadelphia Branch Chair, said: “It was great to see so many Blue shirts showing up by City Hall. I enjoyed the KDB and Haaland life-size posters and the mascots being in attendance – a shame about the result!”

Branch member Kevin New added: “The event made me extremely proud to be a City fan. We felt like true winners.”
