Established in 2018, City Matters is a panel of fan-elected voluntary members, who represent different demographics of the Club’s fanbase.
Representatives meet regularly with senior staff to discuss important topics such as matchday experience, ticketing, equality, diversity and inclusion. Successful applicants will gather the views of fellow supporters and act as a key link between fans and the Club.
We are now accepting applications for a Season Ticket Members Representative and an Over 65s Representative. These voluntary roles give supporters the chance to represent their community, share feedback directly with Club leaders, and help influence future fan-focused decisions.
