City Matters is the Club’s official fan network in which elected fan representatives discuss a variety of topics with the Club which are important to the wider fan base.

Fans can now vote for their City Matters Fan Representatives for the Over 65s and Season Ticket Member roles.
It’s important that fans cast their vote, as the successful candidate will act as the key representative and main point of contact between fans and the Club, helping to ensure fans feedback and views are heard and shared on a regular basis.
You will need an active Cityzens account with a supporter number to cast your vote.

NEW! Fan Activation Representative
We’re pleased to announce the new role of Fan Activation Representative, which will join City Matters from the 2026/27 season, starting from 1st July.
This position will be held by a member of The 1894 Group’s Leadership Team who will represent a significant number of fans who are actively engaged in matchday participation and visual activations.
The addition of this role will bring a new and important perspective to City Matters meetings.
Voting will take place among 1894 members, and the successful candidate will be announced alongside the new Over 65s and Season Ticket Members Representatives in the coming weeks.
