Established in 2018, City Matters gives supporters the chance to meet regularly with senior Club representatives to discuss a variety of issues and topics that are important to the wider fan base. These discussions can cover a range of subjects, from matchday experience to making football more inclusive for everyone.
City Matters is a panel of voluntary members, each elected by fans to represent a key demographic of the Club’s supporters. Currently, we are seeking applications for the following positions:
- Disabled Fan Representative
- Seasonal Hospitality Representative
- Cityzens Matchday Member Representative
City Matters is a forum for two-way conversation. Fans who participate in City Matters are encouraged to:
- Put forward their ideas and make recommendations on behalf of the fans they represent.
- Advise the Club on matters from the perspective of their fan group.
- Constructively challenge the Club.
City Matters Representatives must actively seek out the views of their respective fan group and share these with the Club.
What do we look for in representatives?
We are looking for dedicated fans who are comfortable engaging with the Club’s wider fan base to gather views and feedback so that they can represent their respective fan group in meetings with the Club.
Fan Representatives need to be willing and able to give significant time to their role and should be able to meet the role description included in the recruitment pack.
