Fifteen lucky Junior Cityzens got to show their support from the Etihad Stadium fan wall as Manchester City beat Bournemouth 2-1.

Our young fans and their families were displayed on pitch-side LED screens at our penultimate Premier League home game of the 2019/20 season, where they cheered on Pep Guardiola’s men from home.

Fan walls have featured prominently since football restarted, giving supporters the chance to remain close to the action whilst matches are played behind closed doors.

An exclusive Junior Cityzens competition gave our winners, all aged between 7 and 14, the chance be involved, with the fans from across the UK included, whilst we even had one from Norway!

They all received a merchandise pack from the Club, which included a full home kit and a City flag to dress their room and ensure the wall was a sea of blue.

Their support was recognised in stadium, with a special message from the Etihad Stadium announcer and the youngsters and their families also had behind the scenes access to watch the players warming up and Guardiola’s live pre and post-match interviews.

More Junior Cityzens will feature on the fan wall at the final Premier League game against Norwich City.
