Manchester City has today launched its Fan Engagement Plan for the 2023/24 season, detailing the aims and objectives of the Club’s formal fan engagement network, City Matters as well as the areas and initiatives the Club will focus on over the course of the season.

The Club’s Fan Engagement Plan forms part of the Premier League’s new Fan Engagement Standard that also includes the concept of Fan Advisory Boards, which closely mirrors the existing structure of fan engagement that has been in place at Manchester City for five seasons, since 2018, through City Matters.

Made up of elected voluntary members each representing a different fan group, City Matters exists to provide a structured forum for Manchester City fans to engage with senior Club representatives in a constructive manner, where ideas and feedback can be shared and discussed, relating to topics which directly impact the fan experience.
