Training will be structured around the principles used in the City Football Academy in Manchester, which has produced and continues to develop world-class talent.
Manchester City North Texas FC represents the Club’s first full-time youth development presence in the United States and will be the first of many full-time programs in different cities across the country.
This new youth soccer club builds on the success of Manchester City Football Programs, which provide coaching expertise to young players across 38 cities in 14 countries, with over 40,000 participants each year playing in our programs.
In practice, the new initiative will include teams from ages 8-19 playing in competitive leagues and tournaments across the USA, as well as talent centres for youth players of all clubs, school-based programs and community-based programs across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
In addition to year-round programming in Dallas, the club will offer seasonal camps and exclusive experiences, including opportunities for players to train at the City Football Academy in Manchester.
Full-time Manchester City coaches will relocate to Dallas to deliver Manchester City’s elite development methodology, with clear development pathways spanning foundation, competitive, and elite levels.
This structured approach creates a connected player journey, supporting young athletes as they grow in ability, confidence, and ambition.
