Ahead of the renewals window opening, all existing Season Ticket Members will receive a personalised email from the Club highlighting everything they need to know about renewing for the 2023/24 season.

To give fans more flexibility while the current season is still underway, we are introducing a new interest-free Renew Now Pay Later option so fans can pay for their Season Ticket at a time which works best for them. This means there are now three different ways for fans to pay for their Season Ticket.
For the Renew Now Pay Later option, a single payment Direct Debit will be taken on July 1st or 15th, from a fan’s selected account for the full price of their Season Ticket.
Fans also have the option of paying this instalment early on a debit or credit card any time before July, meaning they have up to 10 weeks to choose to pay for their Season Ticket at a time which works best for them.
Alternatively, fans can continue to spread the cost of their Season Ticket over ten months by joining our Direct Debit scheme. This option is also interest-free with the first payment taken in July.
Should they wish to, fans can pay the full amount during the renewal window via debit or credit card. Fans can find out more information about the payment methods available next season by visiting our Season Ticket Hub
As part of our ongoing improvements to Ticket Exchange, we will be increasing the number of matches which offer a guaranteed refund when Season Ticket Members list their seat.
During the current season we introduced guaranteed refunds at six matches, and this number will increase to twelve next season (selected fixtures only, to be confirmed in due course). Please note, refunds will only be guaranteed for tickets listed over ten days before the game.
So far this season, nine out of ten tickets listed on the Ticket Exchange for all other fixtures were sold to another fan, securing Season Ticket Members a refund and ensuring another fan had the opportunity to support the team.
Building on this success, we have spent time developing the platform so it is even more streamlined and user-friendly.
Ticket Transfer also remains available as another flexible option, meaning Season Ticket Members can transfer their ticket to linked Friends and Family on their online account.
Finally, for the 2023/24 season, we will once again make a limited number of Silver Season Tickets available for existing Season Ticket Members should they wish to change their membership level.
A Silver Season Ticket is a flexible and cost-effective option for attending matches and guarantees a selected seat for 14 home Premier League matches (excludes Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur).
Should any Season Tickets still be available at the end of the renewals window, these will be offered to existing Cityzens Matchday Members subject to qualifying criteria.
