‘Win a trip to Manchester’ competitions were run during the 2022/23 Premier League trophy tour, to reward fans who attended our events worldwide.
Most of the City fans lucky enough to win a trip were in attendance for our recent home game against Leicester – and for the majority, that meant a first ever trip to the Etihad.
The competition winners included fans from the USA, Spain, UAE, Mexico, South Korea, Norway, and Sweden.
The winners entered the via Cityzens during the hugely successful global Trophy Tour, or during other competitions held throughout the season.
At the Leicester match, our winners were treated to an unforgettable day, including a Blue Carpet Experience, behind-the-scenes Stadium Tour, the chance to go pitch-side at half-time.
There was also a family from the US who were nominated for our Cityzens Christmas Surprise a couple of years ago in attendance – and we’ll bring you more on that at a later stage.
The Cityzens Christmas surprise from 2021 featured Zack Steffen’s unexpected video call to a family who had sadly recently suffered a heart-breaking bereavement.
Zack revealed to the family – a mother and her son and daughter - that the Club would fly them over to Manchester to watch a game - and Leicester City 2023 was that game.
All the winners enjoyed a fantastic day.
