There are two fixtures across all of our four teams as we move into the new year, with our Women’s First Team, Elite Development Squad and Under-18s still out of action for their winter breaks.
However, our Men’s First Team face two tough assignments, whilst we also have players in action in the Africa Cup of Nations.
Monday
Angola v Egypt | AFCON | 16:00 (UK)
Omar Marmoush is set to feature in Egypt’s final Group B fixture at the African Cup of Nations on Monday.
They’ve secured victories in their opening two group games, meaning a spot in the knockout round is confirmed, but they will be looking to end the group stage with a 100% winning record.
Keep across mancity.com and the official app for a report on how Omar and Egypt got on.
