In Georgia, Ivory Coast, New Zealand and Peru the Tbilisi, Abidjan, Queenstown and Lima Cityzens have the honour of being the first Official Supporters Club in their respective countries.

In China and the United States, branches have affiliated in Guiyang; Lexington, Kentucky; and Frisco, Texas.

All the groups have joined with a minimum of 10 members, whilst our Guiyang group and the Frisco Sky Cityzens boast in excess of 20 members and our ever-increasing numbers highlight how City continues to appeal and connect with football fans in all corners of globe.

“Our country is full of football lovers, which comes from Dinamo Tbilisi winning the 1981 UEFA Cup,” said Aleksi from the Tbilisi branch.

“But more and more people are supporting the Premier League and Manchester City.

“We think that every member of our branch is valuable and will be important for the team itself.”

Brahim, Chair of the Abidjan branch, expressed his delight at formally affiliating with the Club, adding: “What a joy to finally be recognized as an official branch.”
