Manchester City have welcomed more than 120 new members into our Official Supporters Club with the launch of three new branches in Vietnam.

Groups from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang and Hue affiliated this summer to grow the Official Supporters Club’s presence in the country.

Fans from each of these branches have been following City for more than a decade and have long been getting together to watch games and to collaborate in community work.

In the Vietnamese capital, the Hanoi branch, led by Chairman Vu Anh Tung, is the pillar for City supporters in the north of the country.

They have hosted numerous football competitions for fans in the region and have enjoyed two club events in recent years, as well as participating in the 2018 Trophy Tour.

Ho Chi Minh City first came together in April 2015 and represent City fans in southern Vietnam. They are organised by Chairman Calvin Linh Tran, who has turned a room in his home into a collection of City memorabilia.

Ho Chi Minh City regularly get together to engage with their local community and, in May 2017, they were in attendance as the Club hosted an official live match screening in their area.

The Da Nang and Hue branch cover central Vietnam and are the smallest of the three groups, though they remain particularly active, running their own competitions and participating in a supporters club football league.

We are delighted to welcome all three branches to the Official Supporters Club family.
