Official Supporters Club members around the world celebrated as City lifted the Premier League title for the fourth consecutive season, following a 3-1 win over West Ham.
Members from more than 170 branches were in attendance at the Etihad to witness history being made whilst many more held watch party events in countries across the globe.
Before the game, James and Mark, committee members of the Cornwall branch were invited to receive a commemorative plaque to celebrate the branch’s belated first anniversary.
