Fans can create their own four-in-a-row champions mosaic that signifies City's historic achievement through a digital keepsake.
On Sunday afternoon, Pep Guardiola‘s City became the first men’s team to win four English top-flight titles in a row after our 3-1 win over West Ham.
And as our title celebrations continue, fans can log-in or sign up to Cityzens for free to create your own champions mosaic, which you can keep and download to share across social media.
Through Cityzens fans can choose their favourite player, match (from a selective list) and upload a photo of themselves.
This will then complete and create a digital mosaic that fans will be able to keep.
