Following Premier League and FA Women’s Super League announcements that the 2020/21 season will start on 12th September and 5th September respectively, and in view of Government guidance outlining plans for spectators to return to venues in October, subject to the completion of successful sporting test events, the Club has begun its own preparations for welcoming supporters back.

Over the coming weeks the Club will be sharing information outlining our plans regarding seasonal membership and match tickets. We will also detail the additional measures that will be introduced on a matchday to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety are maintained for the benefit and protection of all supporters.

In the meantime, we are asking supporters to help us with our preparations by reviewing their personal details and contact information, updating them if necessary. This will enable the Club to fulfil the requirements of the Government’s Track and Trace scheme, as explained below.

Please take time to read the following information carefully.

Data Verification and Seasoncard Amnesty

For the 2020/21 season it is essential that we know exactly who is entering the stadium each matchday, to enable the Club to fully support the Government’s Track and Trace scheme

The Government’s website gov.uk explains the Track and Trace scheme as follows:

  • It ensures that anyone who develops symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) can quickly be tested to find out if they have the virus.
  • It helps trace close recent contacts of anyone who tests positive for coronavirus and, if necessary, notifies them that they must self-isolate at home to help stop the spread of the virus.

We understand that there are a number of reasons why the information we have on record may not correspond with the details of an individual Seasoncard holder.

  • Seasoncards are often held in the names of previous supporters; or
  • One Seasoncard can be used by different family members; or
  • Supporters have multiple Seasoncards in their own name (excluding a disabled supporter with a personal assistant)

Based on the above, the Club will be implementing an amnesty period until 11:59pm, Sunday 23rd August 2020 to enable all supporters to update their personal details and contact information in preparation for the new season.

It is important that the name on the account that the Seasoncard is registered with, is the supporter who attends the match.

Seasoncard Transfer

Where a Seasoncard is transferred, the new Seasoncard holder does not need to have an existing account with the Club, however you are unable to transfer a Seasoncard to an existing Seasoncard holder.  To transfer your Seasoncard, simply complete the form within the ‘Review Your Data’ section, with the details of the new supporter.

The new Seasoncard holder will receive the 1,000 Ticket Points the Club allocate to new Seasoncard holders* (if they’ve not been applied from a previous Seasoncard purchase). The ticket points of the original supporter will remain on their account. *Men’s General Admission Seasoncards only.

You may be asked to produce a valid form of photographic identification* to gain entry to the stadium on a matchday. In the event that you are asked, the information we hold on record must correspond with your identification. We would therefore encourage every supporter to check their details and submit the form. *Further information, including what may be required and any exemptions, will be provided in due course.

Keep Up To Date

We want to ensure that we keep you updated with the latest information, so it’s important that you check your mobile number and email address. In addition, you will not be able to upgrade match tickets after purchase and it is therefore important that you have purchased a ticket that aligns to your age band, so please also check your date of birth and update where necessary.

Under 13s

The parent or legal guardian of a child Under 13 must complete changes to their account on their behalf. If you are unable to do this online, please contact Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 2, option 1).

Under 5s

All supporters entering the stadium, regardless of age, need to have purchased and be in possession of their own ticket. This includes babes in arms. This is a safety requirement which we must adhere to in order to remain compliant with our Stadium licensing conditions.

Cityzens Matchday Membership

Any supporter that is not a Seasoncard holder that wishes to keep up to date with the latest Club news  including updates on tickets and potential opportunities to purchase* for the 20/21 Season, is advised to register for a Cityzens Matchday membership. *Subject to government guidelines and any qualifying sales criteria.

Review Your Data

We ask that you take the time to review your data and provide us with any updates, by following the link here where you will log in to your online account. Even if no details have changed, we would appreciate your support in submitting the form.
