The all-black design takes inspiration from a jersey dating back to 1884, when the Club were based in Gorton.
And 142 years later, that kit is now reimagined with a slick new design, combining metallic details with a black base to create a stunning and special Away jersey.
It honours City’s incredible legacy, while also celebrating our exciting future as the Club’s push for top honours domestically and abroad continues.
The Away kit made its debut on pitch when City faced Palermo at the Renzo Barbera Stadium in our CFG pre-season friendly, which we won 3-0.
Other outings this season have included our nine-goal thriller at Fulham, our 3-1 and 2-0 Carabao Cup wins against Swansea and Huddersfield and 2-2 draw with Monaco in the Champions League.
