In line with the latest Government guidance to minimise the spread of COVID-19, Manchester City will be reducing activity across the Etihad Campus closing the City Store, Ticket Office and Stadium Tours from tomorrow, until further notice.

However, our Online Store is still open for business for our supporters.

Supporters who have purchased Stadium Tour tickets will be issued with a full refund and will be contacted by the Tours team in the coming days to process this.

Please note that Supporter Services’ opening hours will continue to operate as normal, from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Thursday where we will open at 10am.
