The collection on November 25 raised £320.65, which will help the DEC’s crucial work in halting this deadly virus.
The Ebola outbreak has had a devastating impact on West Africa, with over 5,000 killed and more than 13,000 infected.
This is a particularly poignant cause for everyone associated with Manchester City, as the club doctor of MCFC Sierra Leone - one of our supporters clubs - sadly died of Ebola.
Your money will make a significant contribution to the fight against Ebola.
For instance, £25 can provide cleaning kits including bleach, soap and a bucket for three families, £50 can provide basic protective clothing for three aid workers, whilst £100 can provide training to a community on keeping safe and helping prevent the spread of the virus.
The DEC is made up of 13 UK charities, from Action Aid to World Vision, all acting collectively in times of crisis.
