Between 31 July and 29 August, City in the Community are hosting special ‘girls-only’ soccer schools for budding footballers to practice their skills.
The weekly courses are absolutely FREE and are available to all female players aged between the ages of six and 14.
Sessions will start at 1:30pm at Failsworth Soccer Centre, Failsworth School, Brierley Avenue, M35 9HA and will last for two hours.
Players will need to bring with them appropriate sports clothing, a bottle of water and waterproof clothes in case of rain.
The course dates are as follows:
Week 1: Thursday 31 July and Friday 1 August
Week 2: Thursday 7 August and Friday 8 August
Week 3: Thursday 21 August and Friday 23 August
Week 4: Thursday 28 August and Friday 29 August
