Mission Christmas has returned to Manchester City, giving supporters the opportunity to put a smile on the faces of less fortunate children during the festive period.

One in three youngsters are living in poverty in Manchester, meaning that around 150,000 may not be expecting a visit from Santa on Christmas Day.

As a result, MCFC and City in the Community (CITC) are once again supporting Key 103’s Mission Christmas, which aims to provide gifts for disadvantaged young people across the city.

We are appealing to fans to help the cause and buy one extra present this year. The brand new gift can be suitable for a boy or a girl from newborn to 18-years-old and does not need to be wrapped. Any donation will be greatly received.

Supporters can drop off presents from Monday 16 November until Wednesday 16 December at City@Home (located at the Etihad Stadium through gate 11). The CITC team will be receiving gifts from 9am – 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Fans also have the opportunity to drop their donations off at this year’s Santa Stroll on Sunday 6 December from 9.30am.

We hope that you can join us in making this Christmas one to remember for everyone!
