City in the Community are delighted to announce that the Blue Run 2020 is to be sponsored by the Manchester based company musicMagpie. The company which was originally launched in a garage by two friends in Stockport is the UK’s leading mobile phone recycler and is now the biggest seller globally on both Amazon and eBay, having recently surpassed 10m global feedbacks on eBay, the first business in the world to do so.

Steve Oliver, co-founder and Group CEO of musicMagpie (a life-long City fan!) has been a long-term supporter of the City in the Community Foundation so we’re delighted to announce the latest collaboration between CITC and musicMagpie.

The Blue Run will take place on Sunday 29th March; the event is a family friendly 5km run/jog/walk suitable for all ages and abilities – set within the Etihad Campus participants will run through blue colour zones and covered in powder along the way!

We are celebrating everything BLUE and once you have completed the run you can enjoy our post-race party in City Square and our trophies will also be on show for our fans to take photos.
The Blue Run aims to raise as much money as possible for City in the Community and we couldn’t do this without our amazing fans, to register or find out more about the event please visit www.mancity.com/bluerun
