This month’s community theme is ‘giving’ and MCFC is asking staff and fans to do their bit to make a child’s Christmas a little bit more special.

One in three children currently live in severe poverty in Manchester and will most likely wake up to Christmas without a present.

That’s why Manchester City have decided to support Key 103’s Mission Christmas campaign this year.

The idea is that everyone picks up one extra present to give to a child that might otherwise go without - something suitable for children and young people aged 0 to 18 years.

If you’d like to take part, you can drop your present at the City Store at any time until 14 December.

There will also be a special collection point at the Everton game on Saturday – look out for the CITC minibus where the team will be collecting your kind donations.

Please note: Presents must be new and unwrapped.
