Kick-off at Stamford Bridge is scheduled for 19:00 (UK) on Friday 22 May, with our trip to London available to watch live on mancity.com and the Official Man City App for fans with a CITY+ subscription.
For our final outing of 2025/26, Oliver Reiss’ side will be looking to complete the campaign with a third trophy lift.
The final few weeks of the season began with securing the Under-18 Premier League North title for a second successive year, and as a result secured our place in Friday night’s final.Â
On Thursday evening, Reiss’ youngsters won the prestigious FA Youth Cup trophy after a 2-1 win over Manchester United at a packed-out Joie Stadium.Â
City will be looking to carry our impressive form into our final game against a Chelsea side we have beat twice already this season in the Under-18 Premier League Cup and FA Youth Cup.
Can they complete the trio of trophies?
