Training: City prepare for start of UEFA Youth League campaign

City’s Elite Development Squad were put through their final paces at the CFA on Monday ahead of the onset of our UEFA Youth League campaign.

The City youngsters play host to Red Star Belgrade at the Joie Stadium on Tuesday afternoon in our opening group encounter with the game being screened live on CITY+ (KO 15.00pm UK).

Brian Barry-Murphy’s Under-19s will also tackle RB Leipzig and Young Boys of Switzerland in our Group G campaign.

The clash with Red Star marks the Elite Development Squad’s first match after the September international break.

And as our training gallery illustrates, the lads were in fine spirits as they went about their work.
