City have led the way since early February’s victory over Everton and, with three games remaining, sit 10 points clear of second-placed Chelsea/Blackburn.
Enzo Maresca’s youngsters have won 14 of their 21 matches so far this season, drawing five, losing on just two occasions and scoring 68 goals in the process.
Indeed, that incredible attacking record sees them 21 clear of any other PL2 side in the scoring charts, helped in no small part by two seven-goal hauls against Liverpool and Southampton.
