Four City youngsters have been included in England’s 21-strong squad for the forthcoming FIFA Under-17 World Cup to be held in Indonesia.

Defender Lakyle Samuel, along with forwards Joel Ndala, Matty Warhurst and Justin Oboavwoduo have all been named in head coach Ryan Garry’s squad.

The Young Lions will be looking to emulate England’s achievement at the 2017 Under-17 World Cup when Phil Foden helped the side achieved glory in India.

The England youngsters start their campaign on Saturday, November 11 when they tackle New Caledonia (9am GMT).

They then play Iran on Tuesday, November 14 (kick-off 12pm GMT) before concluding their group campaign against Brazil on Friday, November 17 (kick-off 12pm GMT).

The top two teams from each group and four best third-placed teams all progress through to the last 16.

The final is scheduled to take place in Surakarta on Sunday, December 2.
