Training: Under-18s are up for the FA Youth Cup!

City's focus this week is very much trained on the FA Youth Cup as our Under-18s gear up for their final fixture of 2022.

Ben Wilkinson’s youngsters begin our FA Youth Cup campaign on Wednesday night when we play host to Blackburn Rovers in a third-round tie at the Academy Stadium (kick-off 7pm).

City boast a fine record in what is the flagship event for youth football in this country.

We won the prestigious tournament in 2020 while we were losing finalists in 2019 as well as also reaching the final in 2015, 16 and 17.

And as our training gallery shows, the City youngsters were in fine spirits as they went about their work at the CFA ahead of Wednesday’s big match.
