Manchester City’s Under-23s warmed up ahead of the new Premier League 2 campaign with an action-packed friendly against NAC Breda at the weekend.

In a match filled with goals galore in Holland, City were just edged out 4-3 by their Dutch opponents.

However, ahead of this Saturday’s league opener at home to Arsenal, it was a more than useful test for Paul Harsley’s young side.

Lorenzo Gonzalez and Nabil Touaizi both found the target for City in the first half with Benjamin Garre adding our third goal midway through the second period.
