Reserve team central defender Clayton McDonald has joined League One Walsall on loan until October 3rd.
The 20-year-old has had two previous spells away from City at Macclesfield and Chesterfield clocking up four league starts.
He joins fellow youngsters Ryan McGivern (Leicester), Shaleum Logan (Tranmere), Kelvin Etuhu (Cardiff) and Donal McDermott (Chesterfield) out on loan to gain experience.
